Men's Embodiment Circle | Austin

If youāre curious about attending a circle but feel nervous, skeptical, or unsure if you belong here, thatās completely welcome. I felt the same way when I first stepped into a menās group.
What I found is that these spaces tend to attract men who are seeking depth, maturity, honesty, and something more real than surface-level connection.
That creates a room where men can stop performing and start reflecting each otherās strength back to one another.
One of the most powerful experiences Iāve had in this work has been witnessing other men share challenges I thought I was the only one experiencing.
You start to realize weāre not so different.
My hope is that you trust the nudge that brought you here and give yourself the chance to experience what genuine brotherhood can feel like.
You donāt need experience in menās work. You donāt need the perfect words. You donāt need some big breakthrough ready to share.
Just come as yourself, with a willingness to be present and respect for the other men in the room.
Hope to see you in circle.

If you're curious about attending a Men's Sharing Circle but feel nervous, skeptical, or unsure if you belong, you're not alone. Many men arrive feeling the same way. What they often discover is a space filled with men seeking greater depth, honesty, maturity, and connection beyond the surface. Here, there is no need to perform, have the right words, or come with a breakthrough ready to share. Simply bring yourself, a willingness to be present, and respect for the other men in the room. You may find, as many have, that genuine brotherhood begins with realizing you're not the only one carrying what you carry.
