A Space For Men To Be Seen,
Heard, And Supported In Brotherhood
Embodied Masculine™ Men's Sharing Circle
A Space For Men To Be Witnessed, Not To PerformHeld every Sunday morning from 8:00 – 9:30 AM PT, a lighter-touch gathering rooted in honest sharing and deep listening.
For over eight years, the Men's Embodiment Circle has been a steady fire — the longest running men's embodiment circle in the country. Out of that fire, a new branch is being offered: the Men's Sharing Circle, held every Sunday morning from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM PT. This circle arises from a deep recognition of what men are yearning for in these times: a safe and sacred space to be witnessed, to unburden what weighs heavy, and to feel the presence of a brotherhood that listens without judgment as they speak and share from the heart.
This gathering is rooted in simplicity and depth. Men come together not to perform or to posture, but to speak honestly about where they are in their lives. Here, stories are received with respect, silence becomes medicine, and the wisdom of elders and men walking the path is shared in the spirit of service from a shared experience. Whether you are carrying grief, celebrating breakthroughs, navigating challenges, or simply seeking to be seen in your truth, this circle is a place to remember that you do not walk alone.
The Men's Sharing Circle is more than conversation. It is a ritual act of community. Each gathering invites us to slow down, to witness and be witnessed, and to draw strength from the collective field of men's work. Together, we cultivate a practice of listening from the heart, offering support when needed, and receiving the gifts that emerge when men gather with sincerity and intention.
“Stories are received with respect, silence becomes medicine, and being witnessed becomes the medicine.”— Men's Sharing Circle
Structure Of The
Men's Sharing Circle
Each gathering is held with deep care to create connection, grounding, and space for honest truth-telling. Our time together online via Zoom follows a simple, intentional flow — designed to move the full circle through sharing within 90 minutes.
Check-In
You'll check in with a number, one to ten, along with a few words to a sentence or two on how you're showing up. This grounds the circle in honesty from the very first moment and lets the group sense where each brother stands before the sharing begins.
Drop-In Practice 5 Min.
Together, we settle into presence through a short embodiment practice — breath, stillness, or gentle movement — dropping out of the head and into the body before we speak.
Opening Reflection
You'll hear an inspiring poem, piece of writing, or reflection read aloud to set the tone for the circle — sometimes with eyes closed, letting the words land fully before we begin.
Open Sharing
Sharing begins with the men who checked in with the highest numbers, each given his allotted minutes to speak. If time runs short, men with lower numbers may receive fewer minutes so the full circle can finish within 90 minutes. There is no crosstalk — no one will tell you what to do or how to fix your situation. You'll be listened to fully, and being witnessed becomes the medicine.
Announcements
Before we close, there's space for any announcements for the community, including updates from Amir and the broader Embodied Masculine community.
Closing
We close the space together, honoring what was spoken and the brotherhood that held it.
Every circle is unique, and each gathering offers its own medicine. We invite you to register, let us get to know you as you dive deeper into this thriving community of brothers.
Honoring The Container
No late entries. No early departures. We honor ourselves, we honor each other, and we honor the field we create together. What is shared in the Men's Sharing Circle is sacred and confidential — it stays in the circle, and is never repeated or discussed outside these gatherings.
There is no crosstalk, no fixing, and no unsolicited advice. We simply witness one another, fully present, and hold what is spoken with reverence. This is how trust is built, gathering after gathering, brother after brother.

Suggested exchange: $33
We gather weekly for the Men's Sharing Circle not for profit, but in service to the men of our community. This offering is held to create a safe and sacred space for honesty, deep listening, and the simple but powerful act of being witnessed. In recognition of the time, energy, and care that goes into holding this container, we suggest an exchange of $33.
We also know that circumstances vary. You are invited to contribute what feels right for you, with a minimum suggested amount of $11. If even the minimum feels out of reach, please contact us at info@embodiedmasculine.com (subject: MSC Code) for a complimentary access code. No man will ever be turned away because of financial hardship.
Your contribution, whatever the amount, reflects your integrity and commitment to this work. For those able to give more, your generosity helps us continue offering these circles and provides access to brothers who may need support. Together, we uphold a living community of men walking with strength, humility, and open hearts.

FacilitatorMy journey into men's work began through a desire for deeper healing, authentic connection, and a greater sense of purpose. Along the way, I discovered the power of being fully seen, supported, and challenged by other men. That experience transformed my life and inspired me to step into facilitation. Today, I'm honored to hold space where men can reconnect with their truth, their hearts, and the wisdom already within them. Outside the circle, you'll usually find me surfing, camping, traveling or immersed in nature or culture.
