Protocols for Use of Professional Photographs

For Certified Level One & Level Two Facilitators of the Transpersonal Facilitator Training Program (TFTP)

Professional photographs taken at Embodied Masculine™ offerings are made available to certified facilitators as a way to honor and support your work while upholding the integrity of our shared lineage. The following protocols outline how these images may be used responsibly and in alignment with our values.

1. Eligibility and Standing

The ability to use professional photos is a privilege extended only to those who:

  • Have successfully graduated from the Transpersonal Facilitator Training Program (Level One or Level Two).

  • Are certified as an Embodied Masculine™ Facilitator.

  • Are in good standing within the Embodied Masculine™ community.

  • Are actively facilitating regular offerings (weekly, biweekly or monthly).

  • Are abiding by the Tenets of Embodied Masculine™ and all other requirements outlined in this agreement.

Maintaining integrity in your facilitation and representation of the lineage is a core condition of retaining the right to use these images.

2. Use on Websites or Online Pages

When using Embodied Masculine™ professional photos on your website, blog, or other online platforms:

  1. You must maintain a regular offering that reflects the teachings and spirit of Embodied Masculine™ (weekly, biweekly or monthly).

  2. You must include a lineage page (or section) on your website that:

    • Clearly identifies you as a Certified Embodied Masculine™ Facilitator.

    • Describes your connection to the lineage.

    • Includes a link to EmbodiedMasculine.com.

  3. Once your page is published, email tftp@embodiedmasculine.com with:

  4. Always credit the event where the image was taken (e.g., “Firekeepers Men’s Retreat,” “Men’s Work Intensive,” etc.).

  5. Include photographer credit either near the image or in a designated photo credit section of your website.

3. Use on Social Media

When posting Embodied Masculine™ photos on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.):

  • Photographer Tagging and Photo Access

    • Upon successful completion and certification of the TFTP program, you will receive access to the Firekeepers Retreat photos.

    • When using these images, always tag the photographer (for example, @alsotayray / Taylor Raymond).

    • If you repost photos originally shared by Taylor Raymond or Amir Khalighi, ensure that your post fully complies with all photo usage protocols outlined in this agreement.

  • Tag @Khalighi in your post.

  • Mention the name of the Embodied Masculine™ offering where the photo was taken.

  • Posts must always reflect the spirit, dignity, and integrity of our work and community.

  • Do not alter or manipulate the image in a way that changes its context, misrepresents the event, or disrespects participants.

4. Spirit of the Agreement

These protocols exist to protect the integrity of the lineage and the sacred nature of our work. They ensure:

  • Respect for the men who have shown up courageously in our spaces.

  • Recognition of the photographer’s artistry and contribution.

  • Consistent and aligned representation of the Embodied Masculine™ lineage and its facilitators.

By honoring these agreements, you uphold the sacred trust of this work while expanding your reach as a facilitator within our global brotherhood.
