Embodied Masculine™ Men's Embodiment Circle
The First and Longest Running Men's Embodiment Circle in the United StatesFor over six years, the Embodied Masculine™ Men's Embodiment Circle has been a sacred weekly men's group dedicated to awakening the conscious masculine. The European circle extends this lineage into European time.
The Men's Embodiment Circle Europe is an online, bi-weekly gathering created to serve men living in Europe with a consistent, grounded, and transformational space rooted in the Embodied Masculine™ lineage.
This is more than a men's circle. It is a rite of return. Men gather in European time to reconnect with their inner authority, release outdated conditioning, and embody a more integrated, present, and mature masculine expression. The circle is held with structure, care, and reverence for the work being transmitted.
Each gathering is crafted with clear intention and integrity. We work somatically and relationally, engaging breath, movement, guided meditation, ritual, and archetypal exploration. The body is approached as a primary gateway to awareness and integration. The work draws from a broad field of wisdom, including embodied spiritual practice, archetypal psychology, ancestral and shamanic understanding, and integral structure, offering a grounded and holistic path of transformation.
This men's group is not about performance, self-improvement, or fixing. It is about presence, honesty, and embodied practice. Whether you are new to this work or already walking a committed inner path, you are welcome to enter with sincerity and respect for the container.
Each Men's Embodiment Circle Europe session is two hours long. We begin with a structured arrival and opening, followed by a guided practice set, and conclude with a confidential sharing circle rooted in witnessing and accountability. Recordings are paused during shares to honor privacy and the integrity of what is spoken.
This is a space to bring your full self — your strength and vulnerability, your clarity and uncertainty. Men are held in brotherhood, responsibility, and reverence for the collective field. Healing happens in relationship. Growth happens through practice. Integration unfolds in its own timing.
The Men's Embodiment Circle Europe serves as a gateway into the wider Embodied Masculine™ field, with a longer-term vision that includes expanded programs, in-person European gatherings, and retreats designed for this region. We look forward to welcoming you into the circle.
“Come, come, whoever you are. Wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving — it doesn't matter. Ours is not a caravan of despair. Come, even if you have broken your vows a thousand times. Come, yet again, come, come.”— Rumi

The Men's Embodiment Circle Europe is a two-hour, bi-weekly online gathering, held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from 7:00 – 9:00 PM (London Time). The exchange supports the stewardship of the space, the facilitator, and the ongoing cultivation of this European container. We offer a suggested exchange of €33, with a minimum exchange of €11, honoring the reality that men arrive with different financial capacities. No man is turned away due to financial constraint. We ask each participant to contribute in integrity, offering an amount that reflects both their capacity and their appreciation for the work being held. Men's Embodiment Circle
Virtual Attendance
Privacy
Set aside two uninterrupted hours for yourself. This is your time to give to yourself. You will need privacy.
Intention
Set an intention on what you want to bring or receive in these two hours. You will be asked to claim your intention during introductions. Keep it short and to the point.
Setting / Sacred Space
Create a sacred space for yourself to practice in. Take this seriously. If you've ever been to our physical gatherings, you see what meticulous attention goes into creating the sacred space we work in. At a minimum, set yourself up with candles at the four directions and sage your space before stepping into it. You want your space to feel safe and inviting. Set it apart from other parts of your living space, and elevate it. Make it sacred. Do not join a call from your car or a public place.
Technical Non-Issues
Make sure you get your audio and video sorted out and that you have the latest version of Zoom before the start of the meeting so you don't have to fuss with it when we begin. Wireless earbuds or headphones are recommended.
Don't Rush
Set time aside for yourself to do this right. Make sure you log in as close to 6:45 PM (London Time) as possible, sit and ground yourself — you will see other men doing the same. This is your time, ease into the experience. Refrain from chatting with others, checking your phone, etc. Sit, and tune into the music being played and settle in. We start promptly at 7:00 PM (London Time).
Structure
Introductions & setting intentions (approx. 15 min), followed by practice (approx. 75 min). After practice, the recording is turned off as we move into the sharing circle (approx. 30 min). The sharing circle allows each man who desires to put his voice into the circle. What you share here, stays here in absolute privacy.
Honor The Container
No late entries. No early departures. We honor ourselves and listen to our bodies. We go ALL IN yet are cognizant to advocate for ourselves as not to participate from a space of ego during practices. We find where our 80% edge lives and we breathe into the pose at hand and relax into it. What is shared in our circle portion of our gathering is considered sacred and private; it does not get shared with anyone, it stays in the circle. All practices are recorded and shared on our private online community page, but no recordings take place during the circle portion of our gathering.
Processing Potential Triggers
Some practices take us deep into spaces within the body and the unconscious where we hold pain and sometimes trauma. You are in a safe container and letting go and leaning in is encouraged, but if by chance, post-practice you find yourself feeling stuck or triggered, we ask that you send a private chat message to your facilitator. Then stay after the circle portion of the gathering to work with him in helping you move through the existing charge.

Visit Page“In one sense, the voyage of self-discovery is solitary, but that doesn't mean you have to take it all alone. A lot of men suffer silently when they are in creative chaos and feel something is wrong with them because they don't realize other men are experiencing a similar disintegration of the old modes of masculinity. In matters of the psyche and spirit, taking the journey and telling the story go hand-in-glove, and that is why we need a listening community in order to make our solitary pilgrimage. The most powerful resource we have for transforming ourselves is honest conversation between men and men, women and men, men and women.”— Sam Keen, Fire In The Belly
“Being a part of a supportive men's group can be an extremely rewarding, humbling and transformative experience. To have like-minded, loving men who are as dedicated to their own spiritual growth as you are — who show you your blind spots, sit with you and listen to you — has the power to transform a man forever.”— Amir Khalighi
