A pair of antlers resting in soft light — the old form set down to make room for new growth.
What no longer serves is shed quietly, to make room for what is regrowing.
An Invitation Into Renewal

Something in you already knows ….

Knows that it’s time for a reset. Time to reconnect to your roots and not be swayed by life’s circumstances and challenges. Not to fix yourself. Not to optimize your mornings. Just to sit down with intention, in the company of others who are also learning to attune, be still, and let the noise of the world fall into the background as we reclaim our attention, presence, and connection.

Every year, a buck sheds the antlers that once marked its strength and stands, for a season, without them. The shedding is not loss; it is what makes room for what comes next. What comes next needs space. These morning gatherings become a living expression of that truth. New antlers form quietly, gradually, beneath the surface—unseen, unhurried, without ceremony, applause, or witness. What returns is never identical to what was surrendered.

This offering holds that same spirit: thirty-one mornings of meditation, prayer, and intention, practiced together as a simple rhythm of devotion.

You are invited to join us in this free offering.

Thirty-One Mornings, One Simple Structure

How each session unfolds

Every gathering follows the same unhurried shape — thirty minutes, held live, every morning for thirty-one days.

Reading & Reflection

We open with a brief morning reading, prayer, poem, or spiritual reflection — a single thought to carry into the silence.

A Few Quiet Minutes

Shared Silent Meditation

Twenty minutes of silent meditation, sat together — each person alone in their own stillness, and none of us alone in the room.

20 Minutes

Set Daily Intention

We close by setting an intention for the day and offering a brief prayer together, then we step back into the world.

Sit With the Sangha

If your heart feels called, set your intention to practice with us. Whether you sit for all thirty-one mornings or simply join when called, your presence is part of this community.

A community gathered together in shared practice.
Sangha: a community gathered in shared practice.
Why We Practice Together

Sangha Means We Do This Together

A sangha is a community of practice—people who show up for the same discipline, at the same hour, so that no one has to summon the will to sit alone. Meditation is simple, but it is rarely easy to sustain by yourself. Knowing that others are showing up naturally draws you to show up as well. Something changes when you know others are also sitting down, in their own homes, at the same moment you are.

This is not a class you attend. It is a rhythm you join, a shared container that carries you on the mornings when your own motivation runs thin.

On Missing A Morning

You will miss a day. Come back anyway.

Some mornings, life will win. You will oversleep, or travel, or simply not make it to the screen by 6:30. This is not a failure of the practice — it is the practice. Devotion is not measured by a perfect record. It is measured by returning, without punishment, again and again, for thirty-one days.

The buck does not shame itself for the antler it has not yet grown. It simply keeps standing in the field, letting the season do its slow work. You are asked to do the same.
