Advanced Facilitator Training & Leadership Apprenticeship

Embodied Leadership & Applied Facilitation

This is not a continuation of learning. This is where the work is applied as you step into integral power, wielding power, consciously.

You are being trained to guide others beyond ego and identity and into the deeper terrain of the soul, archetypes, and spirit while remaining grounded, precise, and responsive in real time.

At this level, the work shifts into responsibility. You are not only participating in the work. You are beginning to carry it.

Through advanced practice training, real-time application, and direct feedback, you refine your ability to lead somatic, shamanic, and transpersonal processes with clarity and integrity. You are asked to stay present where others lose presence and to lead without controlling the process as we move into deeper waters of Transpersonal Facilitation.

Two pathways emerge within this training. Some men will move toward facilitation, leading circles and building their own offerings. Others will step into leadership through stewardship, supporting containers, retreats, and the structure of the Embodied Masculine community.

The standard remains the same. You are being developed to hold responsibility within the work.

Level 2 graduates are accredited through Embodied Masculine and IPHM. Those who demonstrate the necessary capacity may be invited into facilitation or leadership roles within the community.

Where Level 1 Builds The Foundation

Two Pathways

TFTP Level 2 is a selective, invitation-only container for men who have demonstrated the capacity to move beyond personal transformation and into embodied leadership. All men receive the same advanced practice training, mentorship, and direct feedback — what differs is how the work is expressed.

Emblem of paths and balance
Advanced Facilitator Training
The Path of Expression

Advanced Facilitator Training

For men stepping into teaching, facilitation, and leadership through their own voice — men who are called to carry this work from the front. This pathway is designed for those who will go on to facilitate Men's Embodiment Circles, lead independent groups, and develop their own communities rooted in embodied, somatic, and transpersonal work.

You will develop the capacity to:
  • Hold safe and conscious containers with depth, groundedness, and presence
  • Work with projection, resistance, and emotional charge in real time
  • Guide men through deep somatic, embodied, and shamanic practices with clarity and precision
  • Refine your voice as an instrument, rely on structure, open yourself as the hollow bone for true transmission, and strengthen your energetic presence
This pathway also supports you in:
  • Structuring and leading your own groups, circles, and programs
  • Translating these practices into your unique offerings
  • Developing the clarity and confidence to stand as a leader in your own right

Men who demonstrate the necessary capacity may be invited to lead Men's Embodiment Circles and facilitate practices within EM containers and retreats.

Leadership Apprenticeship
The Path of Stewardship

Leadership Apprenticeship (By Selection)

For men stepping into leadership through support, stewardship, and responsibility within the Embodied Masculine community. You are being developed as a trusted, grounded presence within the structure of the containers and retreats — one of the men others naturally look to for direction, support, and leadership through the way you show up.

You will:
  • Support Level 1 men throughout their six-month journey
  • Guide them into a deeper understanding of the practices being taught
  • Support integration of the teachings and real-life application
  • Review assignments and offer heart-centered, sharp feedback
  • Assist in dojo hours and practice sessions
  • Contribute to the planning, organization, and logistical flow of retreats
  • Show up as steady, grounded support during in-person experiences, including Firekeepers

This is hands-on leadership — apprenticeship is not something you enroll into. It is a responsibility you are entrusted with based on consistency, reliability, and how you show up.

Responsibilities and roles are assigned based on demonstrated capacity, consistency, and how you show up within the community.

Sean Wisner, EMCF-2
"This program put me in touch with my own power as a leader. It taught me to connect with it from a non-egoic, service-based orientation. I learned practical methods for getting out of my own way and letting Love and Creation flow through me into the world. I would recommend it for anyone called to serve their communities by working with others as a leader, a space holder, a guide or a healer."

TFTP Level 2 leadership
Greg Karpinski, EMCF-2
"Being a part of the Level 2 Transpersonal Facilitator Training Program has been an incredible experience. The opportunity to learn deeper practices directly from Amir as well as being able to lead and support a group of men embarking on their own leadership journey was a humbling yet deeply nourishing experience. I now have much greater knowledge, experience, and the capacity to hold myself in integrity, so I can lead others with strength, courage, and, most importantly, love."

Your Guide

Meet Your Instructor — Amir Khalighi

Amir Khalighi is a teacher, husband, father, ritualist, and founder of Embodied Masculine, a global brotherhood and initiatory path for men reclaiming their place as stewards and protectors of the sacred. For over three decades, he has walked beside men in their becoming, guiding them through the dismantling of false identities and into direct relationship with truth, integrity, and the deeper intelligence that shapes a life of purpose.

His work does not center on self-improvement. It is rooted in initiation — a return to what is essential, forged through lived experience, devotion, and the willingness to confront what most avoid. Drawing from Tibetan Tantra, Hermetic philosophy, indigenous shamanic traditions, Jungian depth psychology, breathwork, and somatic experiencing, Amir works at the intersection of the psychological, the archetypal, and the spiritual, where real transformation takes hold.

Since founding Embodied Masculine in 2018, Amir has guided men across the world through deep processes of transformation — not as an end in itself, but as a reorientation toward how they live, lead, serve, and relate. What he cultivates is not dependency, but capacity. Not ideology, but embodiment.

Embodied Masculine leadership
The Rhythm

Schedule & Training Structure

TFTP Level 2 follows a focused six-month structure designed to support the learning, application, and refinement of advanced practices — one 2-hour live training session per month, alternating between learning a new advanced practice and reviewing your facilitation through feedback.

Month 1

Practice Training

Introduction and transmission of a new advanced practice, guided instruction on how to facilitate it, and its key principles, structure, and common challenges.

Month 2

Practice Review & Feedback

You facilitate the practice independently and submit a recorded offering. A group session focuses on review, feedback, and refinement of your clarity, presence, and delivery.

Over 6 Months

The Program Arc

You'll be trained in three (possibly four) advanced practices, each learned, applied, and reviewed with direct feedback — ensuring the work is embodied and demonstrated in real time, not just understood.

The Curriculum

Advanced Practices

Level 2 is structured around the training, integration, and demonstration of advanced practices. Over the course of the program, you'll be trained in three (possibly four) of the practices below — each introduced and developed across a two-month cycle, then facilitated as a final offering, recorded for review.

01

Advanced Yoga Nidra

Guiding deep states of conscious rest, integration, and nervous system regulation.

02

The Oak Guided Meditation

Anchoring into stability, rootedness, and inner authority through symbolic and somatic awareness.

03

Death Practice

Confronting impermanence and identity dissolution to deepen presence and clarity of being.

04

Cosmic Consciousness Depth Practice

Expanding beyond personal identity into transpersonal states of unity and higher awareness.

05

Shamanic Journeying

Entering and navigating non-ordinary states to access insight, guidance, and symbolic intelligence.

06

Somatic Release Techniques

Supporting the body in processing stored tension, emotion, and trauma through embodied awareness.

07

Shadow Work Facilitation

Guiding individuals into a conscious relationship with disowned or unconscious aspects of self.

08

Partner Practice Facilitation

Leading relational exercises that develop presence, communication, and emotional range.

09

Architecture of Receptivity

Cultivating the internal conditions required to receive, hold, and transmit energy and awareness.

10

Father / Son Healing Ritual

Facilitating processes that address lineage, identity, and unresolved relational imprints.

11

God Form Practice

Working with archetypal embodiment to access higher states of consciousness and expression.

Each offering is evaluated on your ability to lead with clarity and presence holding the 80/20 principle, hold a safe and conscious container, and apply the practice with precision, groundedness, and attunement to the field.

Certification is not granted through participation alone. It is earned through your ability to apply the work in real time — all three practices must be successfully demonstrated and approved to receive Level 2 certification.

Genar Mendez, EMCF-2
"TFTP felt like 10 years worth of growth condensed into just a few months. It humbled me while helping me tap into a genuine grounded power that comes from within. Amir has the gift of speaking exactly what is most needed in any given moment. This was more than just facilitator training, this was life and spiritual training."

The Culmination

A 5-Day, Hands-On Immersive Retreat

Level 2 culminates in the Firekeepers hands-on retreat. You'll arrive early for two private days of training with Amir and the Leadership Team, then move into the live container itself — offering practices, supporting logistics and flow, and receiving direct, in-person feedback on your presence, delivery, and leadership under pressure.

This is where preparation meets reality: your leadership is expressed, tested, and refined inside a live environment.

Timothy Griffiths, Psy.D, EMCF-2
"TFTP Level 1 has catapulted me into space holding confidence. This training is not for the faint hearted. Our training was an experiential exploration of our own psyche; uncovering the wounds and gifts within our soul; our unique medicine for the world. If you're selected for this programme you will join a thriving community, meet brothers for life, uncover your gift, and propel yourself into devotional service for your community."
— Timothy Griffiths, Psy.D, EMCF-2
How It Works

Consideration for Level 2 Invitation

1

Invitation & Interview

Men are invited to interview based on their completion of Level 1, demonstrated capacity, and readiness to step into leadership, facilitation, or stewardship. Not all applicants will be invited — selection is based on consistency, relational integrity, and the ability to take on greater responsibility.

2

Secure Your Placement

If you receive an official invitation, secure your placement by submitting payment in full or selecting a payment plan, along with signing your TFTP Level 2 agreement. Your position in the container is confirmed once payment is received.

Leadership Apprenticeship Credit Opportunity

Men who are entrusted with supporting Level 1 participants through dojo hours and group mentorship may receive monthly leadership credits reflecting their level of contribution. These credits are:

  • Earned through consistent participation and responsibility
  • Applied toward tuition over the course of the program
  • Reserved for those who demonstrate reliability, presence, and leadership capacity

Leadership roles and credits are assigned by invitation and are not guaranteed.

"In matters of the psyche and spirit, taking the journey and telling the story go hand-in-glove, and that is why we need a listening community in order to make our solitary pilgrimage. The most powerful resource we have for transforming ourselves is honest conversation between men and men, women and men, men and women."Sam Keen, Fire In The Belly
"Being a part of a supportive men's group can be an extremely rewarding, humbling and transformative experience. To have like-minded, loving men who are as dedicated to their own spiritual growth as you are — who show you your blind spots, sit with you and listen to you — has the power to transform a man forever."Amir Khalighi
