Description
The Men’s Embodiment Circle in Austin is an in-person, bi-weekly gathering for men seeking deeper connection, embodied presence, and grounded inner work alongside other men.
Rooted in the Embodied Masculine™ lineage, this gathering offers a structured and experiential space where men can step out of isolation, slow down, and reconnect with themselves through direct practice and authentic human connection.
Each two-hour gathering weaves together breathwork, movement, meditation, and partner exercises designed to support emotional integration, nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and embodied leadership.
This is not a space for performance, fixing, or surface-level conversation. It is a practice space for men to show up honestly, meet themselves fully, and engage life with greater clarity, responsibility, and presence.
Whether you are new to men’s work or have walked this path for years, you are welcome here.
All practices are invitational. You will never be forced to share or participate in anything that does not feel right for you.

This circle is facilitated by Genar Mendez, who has been leading men’s circles since 2023 and has assisted in nine Embodied Masculine retreats.
He is supported by Caleb Richardson, who has been involved in the Embodied Masculine community for the past three years and helps hold spaces for men to connect more honestly, grow in self-awareness, and experience real brotherhood.
