If you’re curious about attending a circle but feel nervous, skeptical, or unsure if you belong here, that’s completely welcome. I felt the same way when I first stepped into a men’s group.
What I found is that these spaces tend to attract men who are seeking depth, maturity, honesty, and something more real than surface-level connection.
That creates a room where men can stop performing and start reflecting each other’s strength back to one another.
One of the most powerful experiences I’ve had in this work has been witnessing other men share challenges I thought I was the only one experiencing.
You start to realize we’re not so different.
My hope is that you trust the nudge that brought you here and give yourself the chance to experience what genuine brotherhood can feel like.
You don’t need experience in men’s work. You don’t need the perfect words. You don’t need some big breakthrough ready to share.
Just come as yourself, with a willingness to be present and respect for the other men in the room.
