Men’s Embodiment Practices – Below you will be able to access and download the practice portion of our Wednesday night men’s embodiment circle gatherings.  Whether you attended the circle and want to run the practice again on your own or if you missed a circle and would like to run the practice, now you can.  During our two hour weekly gathering, approximately 70-75 min. are dedicated to deep embodiment practices.  Practices include movement, breath-work, physical and spiritual practices from various traditions including Tibetan Buddhism, qigong, Kundalini, archetypal embodiment, shadow work and deep dives into the subconscious via guided meditations.
