Embodied Masculine Certified Facilitators
Certified facilitators listed below are independent practitioners who have successfully completed the Embodied Masculine™ Transpersonal Facilitator Training Program.
From time to time, select certified facilitators may be invited to support specific Embodied Masculine programs or containers in a limited capacity. Any such participation is temporary and does not create any employment, agency, contractor, or representative relationship with Embodied Masculine.
Facilitators operate independently and are solely responsible for their own services, conduct, and offerings, whether within or outside of any Embodied Masculine container.
For our current standards, safeguarding framework, and facilitator conduct policies, please visit our Standards & Safeguarding page.
Independent Facilitator Disclaimer
The facilitators listed on this page have successfully completed the Embodied Masculine™ Transpersonal Facilitator Training Program (TFTP) and, at the time of listing, met the requirements for certification and good standing.
All listed facilitators are independent practitioners. They are not employees, agents, partners, representatives, or independent contractors of Embodied Masculine. Certification, listing, or participation in any Embodied Masculine program does not create any employment, agency, joint venture, fiduciary, or representative relationship.
From time to time, select certified facilitators may be invited to support Embodied Masculine programs, retreats, or containers in a limited capacity. Any such participation is specific to that engagement only and does not create any ongoing role, authority, or relationship with Embodied Masculine beyond that context.
Embodied Masculine does not direct, control, supervise, or manage the independent services, practices, or offerings of any certified facilitator. Each facilitator operates their own independent practice and is solely responsible for their conduct, decisions, communications, services, business practices, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional requirements.
Any engagement, agreement, or relationship entered into with a facilitator is solely between the participant and that facilitator. Embodied Masculine is not a party to any such relationship, agreement, or transaction, and assumes no responsibility or liability for any services, actions, omissions, or outcomes arising from a facilitator’s work, whether within or outside of any Embodied Masculine container.
Certification through the TFTP reflects completion of a training program and agreement to uphold the Embodied Masculine™ Facilitator Code of Ethics. Certification does not constitute licensure, does not imply clinical, therapeutic, or medical qualification, and does not create ongoing supervision, oversight, or endorsement of any facilitator’s services.
Embodied Masculine makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding any facilitator or the services they provide, including but not limited to quality, safety, legality, effectiveness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
By engaging with any listed facilitator, you acknowledge and agree that you do so voluntarily, at your own discretion and risk, and that any relationship formed is solely between you and the facilitator.
Embodied Masculine™ Certified Facilitator Code of Ethics
As an Embodied Masculine™ Certified Facilitator, you are entrusted with carrying the principles, responsibility, and ethical standards of this work. This Code of Ethics sets forth the standards required to remain certified and in good standing.
Certification through Embodied Masculine™ reflects successful completion of training requirements and agreement to uphold these ethical standards. Certified facilitators operate as independent practitioners and are solely responsible for their own conduct, services, and legal compliance.
From time to time, facilitators may be invited to support Embodied Masculine containers, events, or programs in a limited capacity. Such participation is specific to that engagement only and does not create any employment, agency, contractor, or representative relationship with Embodied Masculine.
Embodied Masculine reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, revoke, or decline to renew certification or public listing at any time where conduct, ethics, safety concerns, misrepresentation, or other factors are deemed inconsistent with these standards or the integrity of the work.
1. Commitment to Personal Development
Continuous Growth:
Facilitators are expected to remain committed to their own evolution emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically. This includes engaging in ongoing practices, mentorship, and self-inquiry that deepen self-awareness, challenge unconscious patterns, and refine one’s capacity to hold others.
Your ability to facilitate is inseparable from your level of embodiment. The space you hold will not exceed the depth to which you have met yourself. This path requires humility, discipline, and an ongoing willingness to confront your own shadow, integrate your wounds, and mature your leadership.
2. Integrity and Authenticity
Honesty:
Your word must be your bond. Integrity requires alignment between what you say, what you do, and what you embody. Do not misrepresent your experience, capacity, credentials, certification, scope of practice, or outcomes.
Transparency:
Clearly communicate your training, experience, limitations, and scope of practice. Do not inflate credentials or create false expectations.
Embodied Leadership:
You are not required to be perfect, but you are required to be real. Lead from lived experience, not from persona or image.
No Misrepresentation of Affiliation:
You may accurately state that you are certified through the Embodied Masculine™ Transpersonal Facilitator Training Program only while your certification remains active and in good standing. You may not represent yourself as an employee, agent, spokesperson, partner, legal representative, or authorized decision-maker for Embodied Masculine, and may not suggest that Embodied Masculine supervises, endorses, guarantees, or is legally responsible for your services.
3. Respect for Participants
Confidentiality:
What is shared within the container is to be held in strict confidence, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent imminent harm.
Non-Discrimination:
Facilitators must create spaces that honor the dignity of all participants across differences in identity, background, belief, and lived experience.
Informed Consent:
Participants must understand the nature of the work. Clearly communicate structure, practices, expectations, limits, fees, and any potential emotional or psychological intensity. Consent is ongoing and must be respected at all times.
Participant Autonomy:
Participants retain the right to pause, decline, or withdraw from any exercise or form of engagement. Facilitation must never rely on coercion, pressure, manipulation, or intimidation.
4. Professional Boundaries
Clarity of Role:
Facilitators are expected to maintain clear and appropriate boundaries, especially within Embodied Masculine containers. This includes awareness of power dynamics, emotional vulnerability, and responsibility for protecting the integrity of the space.
Do not use your role to pursue personal gain, create dependency, exploit vulnerability, or blur the purpose of the container.
Where a pre-existing consensual relationship exists prior to entry into an Embodied Masculine container, that relationship exists independently of Embodied Masculine and remains the responsibility of the consenting adults involved. The facilitator remains accountable for maintaining integrity within the container.
Facilitators must exercise discernment around dual relationships that may create confusion, favoritism, conflict of interest, or harm.
New romantic or sexual relationships with participants within Embodied Masculine containers are not to be initiated during the course of the container and for a minimum of one year following its completion.
Outside of Embodied Masculine, these same principles remain an ethical directive for practicing in right integrity.
5. Presence, Sobriety, and Safety
Clear State of Facilitation:
Facilitators must be fully present, grounded, and sober when holding any Embodied Masculine container. No facilitation is to occur under the influence of alcohol, recreational substances, or mind-altering compounds.
Use of Sacred Medicines:
The only exception to altered-state facilitation is within properly held ceremonial contexts for which the facilitator has received appropriate training within a recognized lineage, and where all applicable laws, safety protocols, screening procedures, and informed consent requirements are followed in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Duty of Care:
Facilitators are responsible for taking reasonable steps to maintain participant safety, including screening where appropriate, establishing clear agreements, preparing for emergencies, and responding to safety concerns in a timely and grounded manner.
6. Competence and Accountability
Scope of Practice:
Operate within the limits of your training and experience. Do not present yourself as a therapist, medical professional, or licensed provider unless formally qualified and authorized. Refer participants to appropriate professionals when needed.
Independent Responsibility:
Each facilitator is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, insurance, agreements, disclosures, and compliance with applicable legal and professional requirements in their jurisdiction.
Accountability and Repair:
Facilitators are expected to take responsibility for their actions, receive feedback, and address impact where appropriate. Seek mentorship, consultation, or supervision when needed.
Mandatory Cooperation:
Facilitators agree to cooperate in good faith with reasonable requests for information if a complaint or concern is raised regarding their conduct, certification, or representation of their training.
7. Ethical Practice
Conflict of Interest:
Disclose any personal, financial, or relational interests that may influence your objectivity. Disclosure must be made in advance where reasonably possible.
Upholding Standards:
Adhere to all applicable legal, ethical, and professional standards, including informed consent, confidentiality, and participant safety.
No Authority to Bind Embodied Masculine:
Facilitators have no authority to make commitments, representations, or decisions on behalf of Embodied Masculine.
Independent Offerings:
All services provided outside of programs directly owned and operated by Embodied Masculine are independent offerings and remain solely the responsibility of the facilitator.
8. Commitment to Community
Stewardship of the Container:
Facilitators are responsible for cultivating a space that is safe, grounded, and conducive to meaningful work.
Collaboration:
Facilitators are encouraged to engage in mentorship, collaboration, and shared learning within the broader field.
Protection of the Name:
The Embodied Masculine™ name and certification must be used with accuracy and care. It may not be used in any way that is deceptive, unlawful, or likely to create confusion regarding affiliation.
Final Note
By adhering to this Code of Ethics, facilitators uphold the integrity of the work and the safety of those they serve.
Facilitators who remain certified and in good standing may be publicly recognized as having completed Embodied Masculine™ training. Those who fall out of alignment with these standards, create safety concerns, misrepresent their relationship to Embodied Masculine, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the work may have certification suspended, revoked, or removed from public listing at Embodied Masculine’s sole discretion.
This Code of Ethics is a condition of certification and public listing. It is a standard of integrity, a discipline of responsibility, and a commitment to holding power consciously.
If you have a concern regarding a listed facilitator, you may notify us by emailing TFTP@embodiedmasculine.com with the subject line “TFTP Formal Complaint.”
Embodied Masculine will review the information provided and may take action as appropriate to maintain the integrity of the work, including suspension or removal of certification and/or public listing.
"In one sense, the voyage of self-discovery is solitary, but that doesn’t mean you have to take it all alone. A lot of men suffer silently when they are in creative chaos and feel something is wrong with them because they don’t realize other men are experiencing a similar disintegration of the old modes of masculinity. In matters of the psyche and spirit, taking the journey and telling the story go hand-in-glove, and that is why we need a listening community in order to make our solitary pilgrimage. The most powerful resource we have for transforming ourselves is honest conversation between men and men, women and men, men and women."
