MEN’S SPEAKER SERIES
(90-Minute Structure)
15 min: Arrival & Embodiment Drop-In
We begin with an embodiment or breath practice to help each man drop into his body and arrive fully in the present moment. This grounding sets the tone for openness, receptivity, and connection as we prepare to receive the day’s teaching.
40 min: Teaching, Reflection & Dialogue
A guest speaker or elder offers a teaching drawn from lived experience in men’s work, purpose, and awakening. This time may include storytelling, reflection, or short experiential guidance. We then move naturally into meaningful dialogue and Q & A. There is no crosstalk and no fixing; men share from their own experience and may reach out privately afterward if they feel called to offer support or connection.
15 min: Open Sharing & Witnessing
Men are invited to speak from the heart about how the topic or teaching resonates personally. This space allows for integration through authentic expression and deep listening, strengthening the sense of brotherhood in the circle.
10 min: Closing & Intention Setting For The Day
We complete by voicing intentions or insights to carry forward. The circle closes in gratitude and presence, honoring the wisdom shared and the growth sparked through our time together.
The Men’s Speaker Series is an extension of the Men’s Sharing Circle — a gathering where wisdom, embodiment, and community meet. Each session features a guest speaker, elder, or guide offering insights from the path of men’s work, purpose, and spiritual growth. These teachings invite reflection and conversation that deepen our collective understanding of what it means to walk in integrity as men.
Each gathering is a living ceremony — a blend of embodied presence, deep listening, and shared wisdom. The intention is to create a field where knowledge becomes lived experience, and where men draw strength, clarity, and inspiration from one another.
