Circle Structure

Each gathering is two hours and follows a consistent, intentional rhythm:

  • Arrival, Introductions, and Intention Setting (approx. 15 minutes)

  • Guided Practice Set (approx. 75 minutes), including somatic, yogic, shamanic, and embodiment-based practices

  • Confidential Sharing Circle (approx. 30 minutes)

    • Recordings are turned off during sharing to honor privacy and the integrity of the container

Circles are held bi-weekly on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays, 7:00–9:00 PM (GMT).
Virtual doors open at 6:45 PM (GMT). We begin promptly at 7:00 PM.

Preparing Yourself and Your Space

Privacy
Set aside two uninterrupted hours. This is time you give fully to yourself. Privacy is required.

Intention
Arrive with a clear, simple intention for what you are bringing or seeking in the space. You will be invited to name this during introductions.

Sacred Space
Create a dedicated practice space. Take this seriously.
At minimum:

  • Separate the space from daily activity

  • Use candles in the four directions

  • Sage or energetically clear the area beforehand

Your space should feel safe, intentional, and distinct. Do not join the circle from a car or public place.

Technical Readiness
Ensure your audio and video are working prior to the start of the gathering.

  • Update Zoom in advance

  • Wireless headphones or earbuds are strongly recommended

Arrive Early, Do Not Rush
Join as close to 6:45 PM (GMT) as possible. Use this arrival window to settle, ground, and attune.
Refrain from chatting, multitasking, or checking your phone. The circle begins promptly.

Honoring the Container

  • No late arrivals and no early departures

  • Practices are approached with presence, not ego

  • Work at your 80% edge, breathing and listening to your body

  • What is shared in the circle remains confidential and is not discussed outside the space

Practices are recorded and shared privately. The sharing circle is never recorded.

Navigating Intensity and Triggers

Some practices may bring you into contact with stored emotion, pain, or unconscious material.
You are encouraged to stay present and lean in with care. If you feel overwhelmed or activated, please send a private chat message to the facilitator and remain after the circle for support if needed.

What to Expect

The Men’s Embodiment Circle Europe is a space for deep practice and relational presence. Each gathering invites men to shed what no longer serves and step more fully into clarity, responsibility, and embodied awareness.

Practices may include movement, breathwork, guided meditation, archetypal and shadow exploration, and somatic inquiry, drawing from multiple wisdom traditions. The work is held in a structured, safe container designed to support integration rather than catharsis alone.

The sharing circle offers men an opportunity to speak into the field with honesty and restraint, knowing they are witnessed without fixing or advice. Community, practice, and presence are the medicine.

No prior experience is required. Come as you are.
