The MWI Scholarship Fund is a designated initiative of the Embodied Masculine Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This fund exists to ensure that financial barriers never stand in the way of this sacred work. While we currently provide at least one full scholarship per program, the need far exceeds what we are able to meet.

The Men’s Work Intensive MWI program has become a powerful catalyst for transformation in the lives of men across the globe. Designed as a four month immersive experience, the program invites participants to confront their internal barriers, including limiting beliefs, suppressed fears, and unresolved emotional wounds, through deep introspective work, somatic, shamanic, and embodiment practices, and guided shadow work. The process is rigorous by design, calling each man to step fully into the container and take radical responsibility for his own transformation. The result is not surface level change, but a profound recalibration of mind, body, and spirit toward living in alignment with one’s higher purpose and calling.
One of the most profound aspects of MWI is the sacred brotherhood it forges, an international container where men are seen, heard, and supported with radical honesty and unwavering presence. Through daily practices, weekly embodiment circles, and structured accountability systems, men cultivate discipline, emotional awareness, and embodied strength. As they lean into discomfort, breakthroughs begin to unfold, shifting how they show up in their relationships, their work, and their sense of self. The depth of the program ensures that this is not a temporary shift, but a lasting realignment rooted in truth, integrity, and personal responsibility.
The journey culminates in a powerful four day, three night initiation retreat, an embodied rite of passage that anchors the transformation each man has undergone. By this stage, the growth is undeniable. Men emerge more grounded, purpose driven, and heart centered. They leave the program not only with new tools and habits, but with a renewed understanding of who they are and how they are meant to serve. Countless lives have been changed through MWI, as men return home not as the versions of themselves they once were, but as the men they were always capable of becoming.
