The Men's Work Intensive (MWI) program has become a powerful catalyst for transformation in the lives of men across the globe. Designed as a 4-month immersive experience, the program invites participants to face their internal barriers—limiting beliefs, suppressed fears, and emotional wounds—through deep introspective work, somatic/shamanic/embodiment practices, and guided shadow work. The process is rigorous by design, encouraging each man to step fully into the container and hold himself accountable for his own transformation. The result is not surface-level change, but a complete rewiring of the mind, body, and spirit to live in alignment with one’s higher purpose or calling
One of the most profound aspects of MWI is how it creates a sacred brotherhood—an international container where men are seen, heard, and supported with radical honesty and love. Through daily practices, weekly embodiment circles, and private accountability systems, men cultivate self-discipline, emotional awareness, and embodied presence. As they lean into discomfort, they begin to experience breakthroughs that shift how they show up in their relationships, work, and sense of self. The depth of the program ensures that this is not a temporary shift, but a long-lasting realignment rooted in personal responsibility and truth.
The journey culminates in a powerful four-day, three-night initiation retreat—an embodied rite of passage that anchors the transformation each man has undergone.
