Embodied Masculine™ Men’s Sharing Circle

Men’s Sharing Circle - A space for men to be seen, heard, and supported in brotherhood

For over six years, the Men’s Embodiment Circle has been a steady fire, the longest running men’s embodiment circle in the country. Out of that fire, a new branch is being offered: the Men’s Sharing Circle. This circle arises from a deep recognition of what men are yearning for in these times: a safe and sacred space to be witnessed, to unburden what weighs heavy, and to feel the presence of a brotherhood that listens without judgment as they speak and share from the heart.

This gathering is rooted in simplicity and depth. Men come together not to perform or to posture, but to speak honestly about where they are in their lives. Here, stories are received with respect, silence becomes medicine, and the wisdom of elders and men walking the path is shared in the spirit of service. Whether you are carrying grief, celebrating breakthroughs, navigating challenges, or simply seeking to be seen in your truth, this circle is a place to remember that you do not walk alone.

The Men’s Sharing Circle is more than conversation. It is a ritual act of community. Each gathering invites us to slow down, to witness and be witnessed, and to draw strength from the collective field of men’s work. Together, we cultivate a practice of listening from the heart, offering support when needed, and receiving the gifts that emerge when men gather with sincerity and intention.

STRUCTURE OF THE MEN'S SHARING CIRCLE:

Each Men’s Sharing Circle is held with deep care to create connection, grounding, and space for honest truth-telling. Our time together online via Zoom follows a simple, intentional flow:

ARRIVAL & EMBODIMENT DROP-IN (15 MIN.)

We begin by gathering in presence and grounding into the body. Through breath, gentle movement, or awareness-based practices, we settle together and create a shared field of presence. This time helps each man set down the noise of daily life and open to the depth of connection available in the circle.

OPEN SHARING, WITNESSING & REFLECTIONS (60 MIN.)

This is the heart of our time together. The facilitator will open the sharing followed by each man who wishes to speak openly about what is alive for him, what he is navigating, celebrating, or discovering in his life. It is a time to be seen, held, witnessed and supported. In this space, there is no crosstalk. No one will tell you what to do or how to fix your situation. Instead, we listen deeply. Men may share from their own experience in resonance or reach out privately afterward if they feel called to offer support. This is a space of presence, honesty, and genuine human connection, where being witnessed becomes the medicine.

CLOSING & INTENTION SETTING FOR THE DAY (15 MIN.)

We complete by voicing intentions or insights to carry forward into the day. This final round invites each man to integrate what he has received and to honor his path with greater awareness, integrity, and heart. We close in gratitude, grounded in brotherhood.

Every circle is unique, and each gathering offers its own medicine. We invite you to register, let us get to know you as you dive deeper into this thriving community of brothers.

Suggested Exchange: $33

We gather for the Men’s Sharing Circle not for profit, but in service to the men of our community. This offering is held to create a safe and sacred space for honesty, deep listening, and the simple but powerful act of being witnessed. In recognition of the time, energy, and care that goes into holding this container, we suggest an exchange of $33.

We also know that circumstances vary. You are invited to contribute what feels right for you, with a minimum suggested amount of $11. If even the minimum feels out of reach, please contact us at [email protected] (subject: Circle Code) for a complimentary access code. No man will ever be turned away because of financial hardship.

Your contribution, whatever the amount, reflects your integrity and commitment to this work. For those able to give more, your generosity helps us continue offering these circles and provides access to brothers who may need support. Together, we uphold a living community of men walking with strength, humility, and open hearts.

HONORING THE SAFETY OF THIS CONTAINER:

  1. Confidentiality is Sacred
What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. This is a place for trust and safety. You can speak openly and freely knowing that what you share stays within the confines of this circle, held with heart and care.
  2. No Crosstalk
When a man is sharing, we listen deeply without interrupting, fixing, or advising. Each man speaks from his own experience, not about another man’s. No one will tell you what to do. You can ask for feedback, and if someone has experience they can either reach out to you privately or use a portion of their time to share their experience.
  3. Sharing From Experience
If you feel moved to offer something after another man’s share, you may speak only from your own lived experience. This is an opportunity to let others know they are not alone on the path and that you have experience and hope to share.
  4. Equal Voice, Equal Respect
Each man has the right to be heard. Shares are kept within time guidelines so all voices have space. That being said, if someone needs a bit more time to articulate what is alive for them, the facilitator will accommodate this.
  5. Presence Over Performance
This is not a space for teaching (unless you're attending one of our speaker series gatherings), debating, or storytelling to impress. It's not a space to bring political opinions or anything that is divisive. There is enough of that out in the world. It is a space for honesty, heart, vulnerability, and truth.
  6. Take What Resonates, Leave the Rest
You are free to receive what is useful for you and let go of what does not serve. Look for what resonates and let go of what does not.
  7. Integrity of the container
Please arrive early, clear headed, sober, and fully present so that the circle can be held in integrity. Prepare your private space ahead of time and avoid attending from places like your car whenever possible. This is an opportunity to start your day grounded and heart centered. Make time and space, and ease into the circle.
  8. Respect for Time and Space
Join on time, stay for the full gathering, and tend to your environment so you can be fully present without distractions. We will close the virtual doors 5 min. after we start, and we ask that you don't leave before we close the circle. It's disruptive to the energetic safety of the container.

Upcoming Speaker Series Events

SPEAKER: LUKE ENTRUP "ENDINGS & INTEGRITY"

In this special session of the Men’s Speaker Series, guest speaker Luke Entrup invites us to explore the power of endings as sacred thresholds. Too often, we rush through closure or avoid it altogether, missing the profound wisdom that resides in letting go with awareness. When we honor endings with integrity, we create space for completion, forgiveness, and renewal. Luke guides us into a deeper understanding of how conscious endings, whether in relationships, work, identity, or chapters of our lives, can become powerful rites of passage that restore wholeness and awaken a newfound depth of clarity. Together, we will reflect on how to meet these moments not with resistance, but with presence and gratitude for what has been, allowing what is next to emerge in truth.

After many years working in Hollywood trenches, he recently moved to Bend, Oregon with his wife Elizabeth. His offspring have made him many times a grandfather. "In one sense, the voyage of self-discovery is solitary, but that doesn’t mean you have to take it all alone. A lot of men suffer silently when they are in creative chaos and feel something is wrong with them because they don’t realize other men are experiencing a similar disintegration of the old modes of masculinity. In matters of the psyche and spirit, taking the journey and telling the story go hand-in-glove, and that is why we need a listening community in order to make our solitary pilgrimage. The most powerful resource we have for transforming ourselves is honest conversation between men and men, women and men, men and women."

— Sam Keen, Fire In The Belly

"Being a part of a supportive men's group can be an extremely rewarding, humbling and transformative experience.  To have like-minded, loving men who are as dedicated to their own spiritual growth as you are - who show you your blind spots, sit with you and listen to you - has the power to transform a man forever." - Amir Khalighi
