Deposit Terms & Conditions
Firekeepers is a limited-capacity, in-person retreat intentionally held for 40 men. Each deposit secures a specific space and allows us to responsibly steward lodging, staffing, land agreements, and preparation for the gathering.
Deposit Overview
You may reserve your place at the Firekeepers Men’s Retreat with a $500 deposit if you need additional time to complete your registration.
By placing a deposit, you are committing to attend the retreat and reserving a space that is removed from availability for other participants.
Refund Policy
Once Open Registration is live and lodging options and pricing are publicly available, all deposits are non-refundable.
At this stage, each deposit represents a space intentionally held for a participant in a limited-capacity container and cannot be released or reassigned without impacting retreat planning and commitments.
Transition Grace Period
For participants who placed deposits during a transition period, and by prior arrangement, a refund may be requested through January 15. Any such request must be submitted in writing before that date.
Any approved refund will be issued minus a 2.5% payment processing fee, which covers non-refundable service fees charged by our payment processor.
As of January 15, all deposits are final and non-refundable, regardless of registration date.
Lodging Selection
At the time of placing your deposit, please indicate your preferred lodging option in the order notes:

Brotherhood Quarters (Dormitory-Style)

Inner Sanctum (Single Occupancy)
Lodging availability is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment Timeline

On May 1, 2026, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance of your registration based on your selected lodging tier.

The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days, no later than June 1, 2026.

All participants must be paid in full by June 1, 2026 in order to attend.
If the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, your spot may be released and your deposit forfeited.

Firekeepers Men’s Retreats consistently fill to capacity. Early commitment allows us to plan responsibly and steward the container with care and integrity.
By placing a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
