TFTP Level 2 is a selective, invitation-only container for men stepping into facilitation, leadership, and real-world application of the work.
This 6-month payment plan allows you to spread tuition across the full duration of the program while receiving advanced practice training, certification, dojo leadership experience, and participation in the Firekeepers Retreat.
Level 2 is available to men who have completed Level 1 and demonstrated readiness for advanced training and responsibility.
Description
This 6-month payment plan provides full access to TFTP Level 2, a selective, invitation-only container for men who have demonstrated the capacity to move beyond personal transformation and into embodied leadership.
Where Level 1 builds the foundation, Level 2 is where that foundation is tested, refined, and applied. This is a shift into responsibility. You are no longer only receiving the work. You are being trained to carry it.
Over the course of six months, you will be trained in three advanced practices, each developed through a two-month cycle. You will facilitate each practice as a recorded offering, which is reviewed and approved. Certification is earned through demonstrated capacity, not participation.
This training is grounded in real-time application. You will lead dojo hours with Level 1 participants, gaining hands-on experience guiding practices, working with group dynamics, and refining your presence as a facilitator.
Two pathways emerge within Level 2. Some men will step into facilitation, leading circles and building their own offerings. Others will be entrusted with leadership through stewardship, supporting containers, retreats, and the structure of the Embodied Masculine community.
The program includes participation in the Firekeepers Retreat in Chalma, Mexico, including two private days of training with Amir and the Leadership Team. Qualified participants may offer live practices and receive direct feedback within a live retreat environment.
Men who are entrusted with supporting Level 1 participants may receive tuition credit through a private discount code, reflecting their level of contribution and leadership within the program.
This payment plan allows you to complete your tuition over six months while fully participating in the Level 2 container.
Level 2 graduates are accredited through Embodied Masculine and IPHM, with opportunities to step into facilitation or leadership roles based on demonstrated capacity.
