The Firekeepers Men’s Retreat will take place November 5–8, 2026 in Chalma, Mexico, one of the most revered pilgrimage sites in Mesoamerica. Shaped by centuries of devotion, prayer, and surrender, Chalma offers a powerful setting for embodied practice, deep connection, and remembrance.

Firekeepers is an intimate, in-person gathering intentionally limited to 40 men, held with care, integrity, and depth.

About This Deposit

This $500 Commitment Deposit allows you to secure your place in Firekeepers if you need additional time to complete your registration.

The deposit reserves your spot in the retreat and removes it from availability. Because Firekeepers is limited in capacity, each deposit represents a space being intentionally held for you.

Deposits placed after Open Registration are non-refundable.

In rare transition cases and by prior arrangement, a refund may be requested through January 15. Any approved refund will be issued minus a 2.5% payment processing fee.

This deposit option is intended for men who are committed to attending and simply need additional time to complete payment.

Lodging Selection

At checkout, please indicate your preferred lodging option in the order notes:

• Brotherhood Quarters (Dormitory-Style)

• Companion Chambers (Double Occupancy)

• Inner Sanctum (Single Occupancy)

Lodging availability is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Timeline

• On May 1, 2026, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance of your registration based on your selected lodging tier.

• The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days, no later than June 1, 2026.

• All participants must be paid in full by June 1, 2026 in order to attend.

If the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, your spot may be released and your deposit forfeited.
