2026 Firekeepers Men’s Retreat (Deposit)

Deposit Terms & Conditions

Firekeepers is a limited-capacity, in-person retreat intentionally held for 40 men.
Each deposit secures a specific space and allows us to responsibly steward lodging, staffing,
land agreements, facilitation, and preparation for the gathering.

Deposit Overview

You may reserve your place at the Firekeepers Men’s Retreat with a
$500 non-refundable deposit if you need additional time to complete your registration.

By placing a deposit, you are making a commitment to attend the retreat and reserving a space
that is removed from availability for other participants.

Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits represent a space intentionally held in a limited-capacity retreat and cannot be released,
transferred, or reassigned without impacting retreat planning, contractual obligations, and
group integrity.

Lodging Selection

At the time of placing your deposit, you must indicate your preferred lodging option
in the order notes:

• Brotherhood Quarters (Dormitory-Style)
• Companion Chambers (Double Occupancy)
• Inner Sanctum (Single Occupancy)

Lodging availability is limited and assigned on a
first-come, first-served basis.
Your lodging preference is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Payment Timeline

• An invoice for the remaining balance of your registration is issued
  on the date your deposit is placed, based on your selected lodging tier.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full
  on or before June 1, 2026.
• All participants must be fully paid by
  June 1, 2026 in order to attend the retreat.

If the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, your spot may be released
and your deposit forfeited without exception.

Important Notes

• Deposits secure a space that cannot be offered to another participant once placed.
• Failure to complete payment by the stated deadline constitutes a forfeiture of the deposit
  and release of the reserved space.
• Firekeepers Men’s Retreats consistently fill to capacity. Early commitment allows us
  to plan responsibly and steward the container with clarity, care, and integrity.

By placing a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agreed to these Deposit Terms & Conditions.
