Certified Facilitators Standards & Safeguards

At Embodied Masculine™, we are committed to maintaining training and retreat environments that are clear, ethical, and responsibly held.

The policies below outline the standards that guide facilitators and those supporting Embodied Masculine containers. These documents are designed to protect participant safety, preserve the integrity of the container, and ensure that power dynamics, dual relationships, and potential risks are addressed with clarity and responsibility.

These standards apply to certified facilitators and to any individual supporting Embodied Masculine programs, retreats, workshops, or live containers in a leadership or facilitation capacity.

Our Standards

Facilitator–Participant Relationship Policy
This policy establishes clear standards governing relationships between facilitators and participants within Embodied Masculine training environments, including guidance regarding pre-existing relationships, boundaries within the container, and facilitator responsibility.

Ongoing Commitment

These policies reflect our ongoing commitment to ethical practice, participant care, and the continued strengthening of our training environment. Embodied Masculine reviews and refines its standards as needed to ensure that they remain clear, practical, and aligned with the level of integrity required of this work.

If you have a concern related to facilitator conduct or participant safety within an Embodied Masculine container, you may notify us at TFTP@embodiedmasculine.com with the subject line: TFTP Formal Concern.

All concerns are reviewed at the discretion of Embodied Masculine leadership in accordance with our standards and safeguarding process.
