Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

We may use an SMS service provider to deliver messages. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, legal requirements, and legitimate business needs.

California Minors

A California resident under 18 who has posted content publicly through an account may request removal of that content where required by law. Removal may not eliminate all copies or records.

  • Course content;

  • Website content; or

Any permitted use of such materials is governed by applicable agreements, licenses, permissions, and our Terms of Use.

Account access or prior participation does not create a continuing right to use Embodied Masculine-owned intellectual property, branding, photographs, or promotional materials except as expressly authorized in writing.

Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no uniform industry standard for interpreting all Do Not Track signals, the Services may not respond to them.
