Transpersonal Facilitator Training Program LVL2 – Tuition

TFTP Level 2 is a selective, invitation-only container for men who have demonstrated the capacity to move beyond personal transformation and into embodied leadership.

Where Level 1 builds the foundation, Level 2 is where that foundation is tested, refined, and brought into responsibility. This is not a continuation of learning. It is the application of the work in real environments.

Transpersonal Facilitation at this level is no longer conceptual. It is embodied. You are being trained to guide others through somatic, shamanic, and transpersonal processes with clarity, precision, and grounded presence. You are asked to remain present where others lose presence, and to lead without controlling the process.

Over the course of six months, you will be trained in three advanced practices. Each practice is developed over a two-month cycle, culminating in a recorded facilitation that is reviewed and approved. Certification is earned through demonstrated capacity, not participation.

Level 2 is structured around real-time application. You will lead dojo hours with Level 1 participants, gaining hands-on experience guiding practices and working with live group dynamics. This is where the work becomes embodied through repetition, responsibility, and direct feedback.

Two distinct pathways emerge within Level 2. Some men will move toward facilitation, leading circles and building their own communities and offerings. Others will be entrusted with leadership through stewardship, supporting containers, retreats, and the broader Embodied Masculine ecosystem.

The program includes participation in the Firekeepers Retreat in Chalma, Mexico. You will arrive early for two private days of training with Amir and the Leadership Team. Qualified participants may offer live practices during the retreat and receive direct feedback within a high-intensity environment.

Men who are entrusted with supporting Level 1 participants may receive a tuition credit through a private discount code, reflecting their level of contribution and leadership within the program.

This training is for men who are ready to take responsibility for the work, not just receive it.

Level 2 graduates are accredited through Embodied Masculine and IPHM. Those who demonstrate the necessary capacity may be invited into facilitation or leadership roles within the Embodied Masculine community.
