Photo & Video Release Authorization
I, attendee of an EMBODIED MASCULINE, LLC. & Amir Khalighi event, hereby grant permission to EMBODIED MASCULINE LLC, with a mailing address of 22647 Ventura Blvd. #808, Woodland Hills, CA 91364, the rights of my image, in video or still, and of the likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or videotape without payment or other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.
Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for the following uses: online / internet videos,
By signing this release, I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public educational setting.
I will be consulted about the use of the photographs or video recording for any purpose other than those listed above.
There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of the sessions listed on this document only.
By signing into an event and agreeing to EMBODIED MASCULINE LLC terms and conditions, acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational purposes.
Release of Liability
THEREFORE under the terms of this Agreement and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby release and forever discharge EMBODIED MASCULINE, LLC., & Amir Khalighi, of 22647 Ventura Blvd. #808, Woodland Hills, CA 91364 (Hereinafter the “Releasee”) including their agents, employees, successors and assigns, and their respective heirs, personal representatives, affiliates, successors and assigns, and any and all persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly denying liability, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which I now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries and damages of any and every kind, to both person and property and also any and all injuries and damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to the following: Injury, Emotional Harm, Physical Harm, Coaching Advice, Relationship Advice, Parenting Advice,
It is understood and agreed that this Agreement is made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction the causes of action, claims, and demands mentioned herein; that this Release contains the entire Agreement between the parties; and that the terms of this Agreement are contractual and not merely a recital. Furthermore, this Release shall be binding upon the undersigned, and his respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns. This Release shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of California.
Event Listing Protocals
Event Listing Protocols on Embodied Masculine Online Calendar
- You must be a TFTP graduate or Invited
- You must have an existing, reoccurring, regular standing offering (the same day and time each month)
- You must commit to keeping this offering ongoing for at least six months from signing up.
- If, for any reason, you cannot hold a specific offering, you must email [email protected] immediately (ideally no later than 24-48 hours from the time of start) to have your offering for that date removed from the calendar for that date.
- You must have a lineage page on your website.
- Since we will link to your webpage, I ask that you reciprocate and have a link back to EmbodiedMasculine.com on your website, either through your lineage page or another page.
Mobile Terms of Service

The Embodied Masculine mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Embodied Masculine (“Embodied Masculine”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Embodied Masculine’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Embodied Masculine through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Embodied Masculine. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18886164558 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Embodied Masculine mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
